HOW WE CREATE YOUR CUSTOM VACATION: OUR 5-STEP PROCESS
Step 01
The Overall Itinerary Discussion
This is the most time-consuming part of the process, but it’s important to get it right. At this stage, you’ll tell us what you definitely want to do, what you’d like to do if it fits, and what you’ll save for the next trip.
Step 02
Airlines and Visa Process
After the overall itinerary is perfect, booking Flights! We shall assist you with an effective route pricing for the Airlines which will be cost effective plan. For eg when you have a multi-destination itinerary and tricky flight options, don’t work, we shall be happy to create an effective route for you. Also being an Indian passport holder, most of the countries requires a pre-authorised visa stamped on your passport. Our professional visa team shall be happy to procure required visas for your trip.
Step 03
Accommodations
After the overall itinerary is perfect, we move to the next step of creating your custom vacation: booking accommodations! We are happy to recommend hotels or apartments or farmhouses or even Airbnbs if that’s your preference. We have relationships with many high-end hotels and can provide VIP services to travellers. Rest Assured the rates will be at Par with the online competitive prices.
Step 04
Tours, Activities and Transport
After accommodations are booked, the next step in creating your custom vacation is activities! During Step 1, we identified the highlights of your trip.For each and every activity, we’ll work with you to recommend (and then book) tours and activities that meet your preferences, budget, and travel pace. Then we’ll make the bookings. During this step in creating your custom vacation, we buy your train tickets, book your rental car, and send you quotes for a Private Vehicle. We also figure out boat schedules and book airport transfers.
Step 05
Food and Restaurants
The last step in creating your custom vacation is food! Many people we work with want to discuss food throughout the entire planning process, because it’s an important part of the trip. And that is absolutely no problem, We can book Michelin-star restaurants, special occasion restaurants, Indian Meal, pizza place, Oriental etc.
